Kinda unrelated to BL but I closed down my PTW list on here because I want to first finish the titles already on it before adding more. I kept adding (and removing) titles left and right on that list and in my last batch remove, I deleted over 400 titles. Now it's only barely past 100 titles and I'm happy about it.
How about you guys? How long is your ptw list?
i've tried to do a decent job of keeping mine down a bit so it's not too overwhelming. but it's hard, there's so much out there! i also keep anything that's not out/fully finished yet in a separate custom list and that helps too

Ah I'm too lazy to maintain a custom list of that size tbh. I find the plan to watch and on-hold lists hold pretty much anything I want and it's much easier to go over and edit. As for number of entries, I'm glad to have removed most of them and added the ones I actually want to watch on there.

It depends on my workload; for currently airing series, I watch the episodes as they drop, so I am always up to date with those. It is the ones on my currently watching list that I am binge watching that I may finish in one sitting or take weeks to finish depending how many episodes and my workload.
Mind you my lists on here do not include BLs from Vietnam and Cambodia (occasionally I have some Malaysian ones saved). These I save using playlists on YouTube.
I try to strictly stay watching series from my currently watching list, and not dip into my PTW list, so I keep a cap on my currently watching list. It does not pass 59 series. What I do is that when I finish a series I will just replace it with another from my PTW list while keeping the cap in mind. I am purposefully keeping it at 53 right now because several new series will be dropping which I plan to watch while they air, so I am reserving the 7 slots for them. Matter of fact one premieres tomorrow; My Stubborn.
How long is your ptw list?
I cut mine in half a while ago, from around 600 to the current 304. I keep a separate list for "Waiting to Air" titles (108) and that helps. My On Hold list is short with 2 BL's and a few ongoing TV reality series that I pop in to watch whenever.
TG for these lists though. I'd be lost, or like before I discovered MDL, with half paper half docs of lists everywhere and none of it making sense.
I love searching my PTW using the different columns depending on how I feel. Sometimes it's by country but more often by rating. If I want to cut the list quicker I pick the specials cuz they're usually real short, or a short drama.
Still working on labeling all the BL's on my PTW list so I can bring just BLs up. I don't like that every time an edit is saved it kicks the title to the top of the "List Updates" on the pfp.
I use the currently airing dramas (almost all BLs) as breaks btw the long already aired C-dramas.

I got HIStory 3: Trapped and Takara-kun to Amagi-kun, both top favs of mine! And neither made the top 10 voted list, lol.
That was hard cuz some I didn't know anything about and some I didn't like at all. 🤣

I see. That's nice to know, that you got your ptw under control like that. What I figured right now is this: I won't let my currently watching jump over 14 entries at a time, considering that's when the completed list on the page becomes completely invisible (is completely below the line of the screen on my laptop), so I guess that's one way to go about it. I bet there are other ways to decide how many series and movies you could keep on currently watching, but these seem like fun.
Well, I never thought you could reserve entries on the currently watching tbh, but it's a good strategy. Also, I noticed you have a priority set on a lot of ptw titles. Do you actually use that column and keep it updated? I never bothered, but maybe that's because my list was never that long in the first place.
