From your watch list, I assume that you watched the iconic Japanese 2020 series + 2022 movie (which form an essential whole, not to mention the two non-essential but very sweet spin-offs "Tsuge & Minato" and "Valentine's Day").

If you watch the Thai remake (still on your PTW list), I'll be interest to hear your feedback. I'm usually a tough critic of remakes, but this is one of the rare cases where I think the remake went beyond the original, partly because of all-around good execution but mainly on the strength of Tay and New.

As BL4life said, this is one of the many KBLS in which the the original series with followed soon thereafter with a movie edit, so it's the same thing. I saw the title on your PTW list but didn't think to check if the separate listing was elsewhere. False alarm. Sorry! Anyways, glad you also loved it!

Which one? There the original JBL version and Thai remake. I liked both with a slight preference for the Thai one because a I like TayNew as a CP.

i just finished the original earlier!! (i wanted to watch the original JBL one before the thai remake since i assumed was like my love mix up and kieta hatsukoi where people preferred the japanese one over the thai one)

Usually the org. is better, but as Mr. P said, the Thai Cherry Magic edged out the J-version, imo by just a bit. The J-org of My Love Mix-up was better imo, and J-dramas usually aren't my fav. I tried watching the Thai-version and didn't make it through the whole series. Prob in  part cuz the MLs aren't a fav of mine.

Haha, or another kind of statement...but I'll leave that up to RX's imagination.

Add me on the list! I think the og is good, and Machida Keita as Kurosawa is legendary, but I think the Thai version is better.
