I am still in disbelief about The On1y One.... I can't say I didn't see it coming because somehow it was already in the air by the time the first season ended, but it comes to me like a terrible loss. It instantly became one of my all time favorites and I'll grieve it for a long time. Truly unacceptable. 

Same. I kept hoping... for a long time that we would get S2. Felt like another Stay With Me where they said S2 was ready to go, then it evaporated right before our eyes. 😣🥺😢😭

I haven't heard of most of these titles, so maybe some of you haven't either.

Here are the same eight Chinese titles with MDL links and average MDL ratings:
"I'll Turn Back This Time" (7.2) - I watched on Gagaoolala
"Blue Canvas of Youthful Days" (8.0) - I watched on Viki
"In Your Heart" (6.3)
"Precise Shot" (7.5) - I watched on Viki
"Capture Lover" (6.3)
"My Tofu Boy" (7.2)
"The Newcomer" (7.6) - on iQiyi as "Tiger Visits Macao"
"The Bell of Love" (6.4)
As far as I know, the first three are true BLs, while the remaining five are at most bromance.

I've seen the first two plus "Precise Shot":
"Turn Back" is really good but heavy, with a sad ending.
"Blue Canvas" is superb but partly heavy, with a less-than-satisfying ending. Nevertheless, it's a serious, engaging and and deeply moving drama that I highly recommend.
I enjoyed "Precise Shot", but it's definitely bromance.

"In Your Heart" was on Gaga and Viki but seems to be gone from both. However, it still seems to be available on WeTV via VPN to Bangkok. I think I'll give it a try. From reading specific reviews, it seems to be underrated.

The final four all seem to be comedies with at most bromance. The story of "The Newcomer" (aka "Youth" or "Tiger Visits Macao") sounds amusing, even if it's not BL, so I might give that one a try, too.

so maybe I love The Time of Fever better than semantic error, but semantic error was my first bl series so it has a special place in my heart. I’ve watched it at least 4 times.
