Not Me is soooooo good. I watched 4 episodes today! I want to watch more but i need something less engaging before I go to sleep. I usually switch to comfort BLs and/or a rewatches last thing before bed.

My curiosity got the better of me: I just watched the first episode of "Eye Contact" - and holy cow, what a train wreck! Mind you, "train wreck" isn't necessarily a bad thing. Some BL train wrecks can be strangely fascinating if one doesn't take them too seriously, and I'm tentatively feeling that this may be one of these. On to episode 2!

Now starting episode 4. Wow, this series is comically bad - and yet, I'm hooked. What is this strange attraction that I have to trainwrecks?

You Are Mine - finale

I blame the flu for dimming my gangsta DNA because I found this disgustingly adorable and I loved it!

I loved every second of this binge watch. I did not find it having any unnecessary drama or its dragging considering the number and length of the episodes. It felt like a fun romantic comedy movie. I was so ready to jump through the screen when Shang Zhou's mother barged into ~~my man's~~ *cough* I mean Shun Yu's man's office.

I loved the finale episode. They are so disgustingly in love lol. Their interactions are heartwarming to watch, and I loved that the parent issue is solved in the end. I think to take this series too serious is the detriment to you truly enjoying it.

Because I loved it so much I will be giving it a 9/10.

I am off to go watch the special episode now.

This is starting to become my comfort BL of the week. We had some major revelations this episode; the plot thickens. I am looking forward to the next especially with how this episode ended.

Reminded me a bit of the premise in the Wedding Plan. But there's the complication of Khánh being already married to someone he doesn't love.

(re "You Are Mine") That's Stan Huang, who played one of the MLs in "VIP Only", another of the four VBL Taiwan productions that came out at around the same time. In addition to "You Are Mine" and "VIP Only", the other two were "Stay By My Side" and "Anti-Reset". VBL deliberately did cameos to cross-promote the four series, so the "You Are Mine" CP, in turn, has cameos in episodes 6 and 10 of "VIP Only", while "Stay By My Side" and "Anti-Reset" likewise have cameo exchanges in both directions.

Of the four, my personal favourite (by far) was "Stay By My Side", followed by "VIP Only". Although I wouldn't put "You Are Mine" or "Anti-Reset" at the same level, I thought all four were pretty good. "VIP Only" is on your PTW list, so you might want to give it a try. Try not to drool.

Same. I kept hoping... for a long time that we would get S2. Felt like another Stay With Me where they said S2 was ready to go, then it evaporated right before our eyes. 😣🥺😢😭

It hurts like hell. Also because in my personal case, I find it hard to really obsess over something and that series drained my soul. It was just sooo good. But that's just my luck ;___:

I'm happy you enjoyed this one! I thought it was really cute too and the special was even better! As Mr. P said Stan Huang is in VIP Only and yeah, a huuuunk! I really liked VIP as well, but many found it too slow.

Anti-reset is the robot drama that many also didn't care for much, but I did! There are some really sweet scenes that made it all worth it.

I believe it's a Singapore production and one of the Asian countries MDL doesn't include yet. I'm really enjoying this drama, but it's still airing so who knows! It's on Viki.
