Oh I love snakes so Imma watch! And yeah, metaphor had to be said since I feel like nothing that the rng pulls out from my CW list is anything I'd like to watch in the moment. And then it strikes me that I do want to watch one series or another, but much later.

(re "2gether") I really liked it, but then again, I enjoy the pursuit phase. (I also admit to salivating when watching Bright and Win.) My major complaint was that the main series never reached emotional intimacy between them, but that was rectified with "Still 2gether", i.e. considering both series together, it was a nice watch, even if far from a masterpiece.

Okay so I moved 27 entries from my CW to PTW. And now I'm doing this Score method on my ptw list, but not sure if I'll be able to watch them all in order. 12 entries still remain on my CW list too. The ones where the episode count was > 0. It's fine, I can always come back to them or combine these methods!

"Revenged Love" is among the best BLs I've seen, and many seem to share this opinion. The chemistry is dazzling (including also the side couple), and it has a good balance between drama/story and lighter comic moments. May not be suitable for ophidiophobes.

Every time this drama is mentioned makes me want to start it ASAP. Good thing I love the feeling of anticipation.

I've watched the first two episodes and rather like it so far, even though I'm not normally so keen on reality TV. There seems to be some deliberate blurring as to whether this is about real dating or BL acting aspirations - but that's fine with me, so long as it's good and moves along fairly quickly.

(re "Boys Vibe") With the more recent episodes, it's increasingly clear that this reality show is really about the latter (BL acting aspirations). Unfortunately, it's also starting to drag a bit for me, and I don't feel the development happening. (The product placements are also very heavy-handed, but I don't mind that so much if a series otherwise engages me.)

One technique I can recommend for choosing from your PTW list is to sort by the second to last column "Score" i.e. average MDL rating, then pick something near the top (or in any case, something above 8 that also interests you). Unfortunately, this doesn't work for the CW list, as this shows your own ratings.

I do this a lot. I also sort by "Country" if I'm in the mood for a K-drama. I don't have many on my list so it's a quick way to find titles.  Besides K BLs, I really like straight K-dramas too.

Dare I say this...I've used "Country" recently to find Japanese titles so I can start eliminating them. I only have 14 J-dramas out of 271 titles listed, so I figure it's one way of shortening my PTW list faster, since they are my least fav to watch.

If I want a quick watch then I sort by "Type" and I can see specials & movies.  The "Episode" column (while in the PTW screen) is great for finding short dramas too.

When I get friend requests I go to their watched list and sort by "Score" to look at their 10 ratings. I'm looking for favorite dramas we might have in common and what their overall preference might be. I'm really not stalking in this case. 😆
