Revenged love 23 -24(final):

i did want to rant about ep 23 mostly about CC's father behaviors but thought nevermind, he made me question if he really loves his son or not

those last 2eps showed how much WSW love CC, that he is willing to sell anything he has, and when CC is back he slept for a longtime as he wasnt able to sleep properly when CC wasnt there, and was worried if he ate well etc thats the place that we call home,  being loved the way you are and cared for

revenged love my general thoughts: i liked the ending, this show deserves the success it got, they worked hard and it paid off well , they had a dream they made it true, with all the disadvantages they continued on and promoted the show well, good for them <3

this one is easy for me, because there is already one series in my mind which im currently watching rn, The Promise of the Soul i think a lot of people stopped watching after one ep or 2 but if  you put aside the grandfather soul swap thing and continue, the story looks interesting and the chemistry of the real life couple is great (also liking the second couple too),  im enjoying this series

I am watching this and agree with you completely. After episode 1 I’ve been loving it.

Yes, I think you will like it. episode one is ridiculous but after that it’s cute and sweet with good chemistry and beautiful actors. I have started following the main couple on IG as well because I like them so much.

Day 6, Most Underrated BL of 2025

this is hard (have I said that everyday? I take this seriously.) there have been a lot of great dramas this year but I think the best ones have gotten their due. As far as dramas on MDL, I thought Depth of Field was really wonderful and it only has a 7.9. Yes, the Vietnamese ones are not on MDL so they can’t  be compared to their ratings but I loved My Sweet Brother-in-law. It is melodramatic, (which is more my thing than I realized), but I couldn’t wait for the new episodes each week. If you decide to watch it (on YouTube) be warned that the ending is clearly a setup for a season two. But despite this i still loved it.

BL Challenge Day 6 - Most Underrated BL

i don't think i really have a good answer for this one. everything i've watched from this year and rated highly has also been rated pretty high in general. i think the bangkok boy is the one on my list with the largest gap between my rating (9.0) and mdl's rating (7.7) but even then i can't really call it underrated because i think that's a pretty justified overall rating.

For day 6 im struggling to find an undderated series like I want to say Sangmin Dinnea or Love for Love's sake(i know it came out last year but techincally watched it during the summer) but i don't know if it should be considered as an underrated series because I only see you guys talk about it but not others on  other platforms.

Well, I'm not sure what I like. The occasional angst is okay for me, although it might not be your taste. The way I pick BLs I think is quite random? I haven't paid much attention to this to be honest.

Ah, anyway, today is the end of Revenged Love and I am in a bind. I have no idea what rating I am going to give it. I have a floor rating that I will not go below (6) and a ceiling rating I will not go above (9), so the problem is finding a rating between those. I will see.

Day - 6 The Most Underrated BL of 2025 so far

I am thinking hard about this one. You would think that I have preselected answers for all these challenges lol

I will go with Trapped in Osaka which has a MDL rating of 7.2. Yes it was a very short series, but for what little time they had I feel like they packed a lot into it. The story had some depth delving into the topic of grief and what it can do to one's mental health. The romance aspect is also good with the MLs having chemistry and natural scenes.

i think rx is taking self love to a next level but im here for it lol

I may need you to shield me later just in case I get stoned with my review of some aspects of the plot. Like will you hide me after lol

In my view the Chinese writers are best in the industry, but are having their works choked by the censorship. Look at the popularity of Bromances.

Do you never score a series below a 6 or a full 10? Or just for RevLove. Asking because I'm curious about scoring systems too. Personally I never score something a 1 or a 1.5 but everything else goes. For especially bad titles, a 2 will suffice. I have managed to give a short film a 2 last week. They used the bury the gays trope and it was a GL. At first not really a good one, but I was so shocked about the ending. That ending floored me, so naturally the score of a full 2 was in order.
