Right. People's taste doesn't seem to always match mine. There's a friend who picks interesting BLs generally. I might ask her if she is watching this one. Though our opinions don't match, finding something interesting for different reasons work out.
Else I might just wait till it ends. I still have to catch up with Khemjira. And I'm sure I'll randomly find short dramas to watch in between.
I should also work on the BL challenge and see how many titles I can fit.

Good approach. One of the things that's really helped me in this group is learning whose tastes and preferences overlap with mine, so when they recommend a title, I can be pretty darn sure I'll like it, too. (I know it's not exactly the same as what you're saying. Your approach adds an interesting additional dimension.)

I hope it doesn't have a sad ending bc I really like both couples but we will see. Hmm I think the pacing is a bit slower since we've only 4 episodes left and the secret is only partly revealed. It's for people who like light-hearted but exiting bls. It feels like calm before storm kinda bl if they do it right.

My thoughts after watching 5 eps is lukewarm. It's not a drama I'm very excited about. I even have it on hold atm, thinking I may pick it up after it's finished airing. Kinda waiting on final opinions too.

Oh now I have to use my brain, lol. I've seen better stories (maybe straight ones?) with the same theme - the rich ML has amnesia and is missing, ends up in a remote place etc...
Overall there's no spark for me, and some parts/scenes are boring and even feel aimless.
I haven't warmed up to Winnie's character Lava, even by ep 5. I like how well Satang is doing with his role. The second couple are kinda cute but it's not enough for now.
I realize most viewers are passionate about this series cuz they love Winnie & Satang. I like them too but I'm not driven to keep watching a series I'm not happy with cuz of who the MLs are.
For me boredom is the kiss of death. But I'm open minded, so if I hear the story picks up, or Lava's character improves, I might consider continuing.
My motto is life is short and there's a lot of great dramas waiting to be watched. Why would I spend time on smth I'm not enjoying? 😁
