@Art Girl
yes, Shine is wonderful but intense. I sometimes choose sad stuff too when I’m sad already. I hope you will have a good cry but also find comfort in your dramas.
Thank you, Dora.
I finished Shine as the sun went down, barely breathing through the last 2 eps and only at the end did I burst into tears. It was a hard watch but I did it.
Major spoilers ahead:
Victor made the ultimate sacrifice, and I think he may have suspected what was to come. Krailert found the courage to use his voice to make a difference and I imagine Naran must had loved him even more after that. But how sad that Krailert wasn't able to break free of the confines of a loveless marriage to be with Naran in the end. I can understand why, after losing his first love at the hands of that witch wife.
Trin & Tanwa made it through a rough couple of years to the growing old forever stage, which was a happy surprise. And in Hua Hin, a lovely spot for romance.
There's so much more that could be said. This is def a drama with a story that affects every individual in a unique and personal way. I for one will be thinking of Trin, Tanwa, Victor, Krailert & Naran stories whenever I hear the OST songs come on.
A 10/10 for an all-around really really well-done drama, BL or not, it's levels above many dramas.

How do you guys decide where to post your thoughts?
I've seen members post their comments on their personal feed page, or the review section of course, and like Sophie mentioned in her personal profile lists. Italophilia's drama list has comments too.
There's even individual episode reviews one can post, leaving comments with a score. The nice thing about that is no one can reply/respond beneath your comments/review.
The last place is the actual comment section of the drama page. Yikes! We're talking a war zone there.
I play it safe and only post here, unless my comments are neutral, but then I'm not writing reviews.
