Finished Depth of Field just now. Wasn't one of my favorite BLs but it was a nice change of pace from what I've been watching. Now to get ready for a new Dare You to Death tomorrow and to hurry up and finish The Next Prince

OMG I am loving this show so much but it is sweet torture. I’m not an especially big fan of OffGun but I think they are talented, especially Gun, and have done some great work together. So of course I want them to be together. But Dew is so hot! Can Gun’s character just sleep with both of them please?! I need the vicarious experience! lol. I also don’t especially like love triangles but this one is fire all around. I can’t believe it ended like that though!  This is one of those shows where I am desperate for each new episode.

i just have to say again, as others have said, this has been such a great year for BLs! We have already had some really phenomenal ones and some really exciting ones and some really fun ones and definitely some toxic but fabulous ones. I am glad the quality is continuing right through the end of the year. I hope this is an indication that the industry will continue to flourish and produce quality content from many countries.

one thing I learned about myself this year, I like toxic characters, red and black flags. I also like controlling and overly protective characters. I never would have guessed I would like these characters so much—I thought I just loved Vegas in KinnPorsche—but it turns out I find it intoxicating . On screen. of course, it has to be done well but apparently my imagination enjoys things I would never go near in real life.

I still love cute and fluffy too though. 

I can’t believe Seek Media is making a season 2 of Tide of Love! Season 1 was a train wreck!

Dec BL Challenge Day 24–Favorite Taiwanese BL

ok, so it started in 2024 but ended in 2025: See Your Love

I also loved loved loved "See Your Love". I remembered it as being further back last year, so I didn't even think of it for this year. If I had counted it as 2025, my choice (between that and "Secret Lover") would've been a lot more difficult!

BL Challenge Day 25: 2025 drama with the most hotties cuties (pics welcome)
(It's Christmas, so I granted myself a wish and changed the question!)

I generally prefer quality of cuties to quantity of cuties. Hmmm. Quantity of cuties would suggest one of those Thai BLs with multiple side couples and a kaziliion minor characters, but I think I'll go with a JBL here: the 2025 remake of "Takumi-kun". I know this won't be a popular choice, but it was a total cutie-fest, and I loved it! (The 14 characters/cuties below aren't even all.)

@Art Girl: I've finally started "Dating Game", now watching ep. 2. The obstacle was finding where to watch it with decent subtitles, as the regular subtitled release has the worst subtitling in the history of BL - so I'm watching a fansubbed version which adds high-quality English subtitles below the hard-coded (and thus unremovable) Japanese subtitles, which is a bit distracting, but that's the best I can find out there.

Anyways, once one overcomes the subtitle issue, it's a reasonably cute and entertaining watch if one doesn't take it too seriously, albeit (like so many Thai BLs) too looong - and my most extra dearly beloved Fluke Natouch has only an ancillary role, which is just not right because he is always my shining star.

Just finished today's final episode of "Therapy Game" (Gaga). It's been a very nice watch, tightly focused on the development of the two engaging protagonists and of the relationship between them. To those who haven't started on it yet, I recommend it.
