Looking forward to today's final two episodes of "Wooju Bakery" (Gaga). Yeah, it's a zany schlocky comedy trainwreck, but even beyond my interest in Jeff Satur and Barcode, it's strangely entertaining and rather cute. (Tough question: How should I rate this?)
I only watched the first two episodes so far, but i totally agree.

Idk what level of spoilers you want, but I can tell give you a rough gist of this. (Do let me know if you want specific type of spoilers!) The first half of the drama has a lot of comedy, but the minute we cross that halfway point, you'll be stabbed in the heart with angst. The MC, Nakun, time travels to the past and ends up taking the place of his past-life incarnation, Klao, who had already died. Klao left behind an unfulfilled promise. However, because he died, Nakun is sent back in time to fulfill it. While trying to figure out what really happened in Klao’s life and what that promise was, he meets Phop, who already had feelings for Klao and does not know that his Klao is already dead 😭. Both Nakun and Phop develope deeper feelings for each other, while Phop thinks Nakun is still Klao.
Im the kinda person who can enjoy a movie/series even after reading the whole plot in wikipedia. That's the lvl of spoilers i can handle

Is it just me who finds it weird that they released Wooju Bakery?
I mean, it's nice to have something to watch and all, but it's just odd to me. It was introduced to us a couple of years ago and then went dead silent for a while. Barcode left his old company and had his own shows, then joined GMMTV and found himself a new pairing. Jeff did multiple tours in his music career and his own movie, probably not even looking to be in a pairing so he can have more opportunities in acting. They both moved on.
There was so much hype back then because of KinnPorsche, but ever since Jeff left BOC and the show was thought to be canceled, that hype died down. So why did the producers hold on to WB for so long? Am I missing something??
The first half of the drama has a lot of comedy
(re "Love Upon A Time") That comedy really annoyed me, especially in the first episode or two, and the series took far too long to feel like a BL love story, but it's finally getting better.
It’s definitely finding its stride as a moving story, but the comedy was not for me. I’m liking it now though.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I love it! And I remember the lady sitting next to me in the train last week and watching over my shoulder when I was reading through your previous post (and 🔥 photos), it was already hilarious. I can imagine her face now if it had been this post 🤭🥵🙈 that made my day, thanks!
