When Oranges Fall

I finally watched EP 9. I was looking forward to it since someone here said it was a really cute ep. And it was! Wholesome and heartfelt with just the right amount of heart fluttering moments to create the official beginnings of first love for both couples.

Ken playing Augar is doing so well. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've only seen him play a small part in The Heart Killers. He's a great addition to the friend group and brings that "it" factor as a partner in a side couple.

On Tiffany's recommendation I watched Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?! (the Japanese series) and it was so nice, I had finished it in one day. I kept the 2 special episodes for the next day ;-) Now I think I'll wait a little and then watch the Thai remake later this year.

Are you aware that "Cherry Magic: The Movie" (also on Gaga) is a sequel to the series, not simply a movie version of the same thing? It's a satisfying conclusion, so you'll definitely want to watch it, too.

I'm usually a tough critic of remakes of ironic originals that don't need remaking, but in this case, I think the Thai remake is even better: Perfectly executed, with Tay & New in top form.

There's also the cute short Valentine's Day special that came after Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?!

Oh, I guess it was mentioned already, lol

I haven't yet watched any of the three series, but I like this vivid expression!

Regarding Cherry Magic: The Movie - Oh, I didn’t know that. Thank you!

Knot - General Thoughts

Thank you @jazme and @Italophilia for the reminder messages.

It is after 11 PM here. I came from work and then went straight into town to conduct errands. I came back late, and now I need to go to bed in order to wake up early tomorrow for work.

Sigh, here is hoping that I will write my thoughts tomorrow lol

Anyone watching "Love Algorithm", a Malaysian BL starting on WeTV? I don't know why it shows "Thailand" on WeTV, maybe because homosexual is illegal and persecuted in Malaysia and thus it needs to be released through an overseas shell company (?). Not listed on MDL, presumably because it's Malaysian.

I'm not sure I want to watch it - in part because Malaysia is so uncomfortably problematic, in part because the drama doesn't excite me - but I'd be interested in feedback.

Does anyone know if someone archived pavels livestreams (and has eng sub)? With other actors too. It is so hard for me because sometimes they stream early and I can't speak thai (I want to learn it in the future). So when I see a live and watch it I sadly can't understand much. Only the english parts and words like goodnight, hello, love, like, know etc.

For right now it's still to short (13 min) to make a definite judge. It's not terrible, but nothing ground breaking. I do like one of the actors acting so that's a plus. It has the feel of a low budget so prepare for that. And has the classic, we misunderstood each other but neither of us actually has a conversation like a normal human so we have resentment, trope. How this is handled will be my deciding factor on it being good.
