I wasn't expecting what happened to happen. 😱😭😢 Should I keep watching. I guess I got more invested then I knew, even though there's nothing to rave about.
I mean, I could mention the Dr. Spock inspired eyebrows but that's a minor detail. My eye says otherwise but hey! His hair style almost makes up for it. 😵💫😳
Main spoiler: I really, really hate the "Run over the ML with a car and kill him" trope while the other ML watches. 💀😡💀

Anyways, out of 8 low rated titles that I got yay or nay votes on, this is the second one I'm watching. The first was Love Hurts and I already posted about that. One title I eliminated, Lost to Light.
That leaves the following dramas to watch. All of them were split votes, so they could go either way, good or bad.

Will James and Ohmkrit be partnered?
Further to my discussion-stimulating poll yesterday (see p. 3102), another name I see being tossed around as a potential partner for Ohmkrit is Ton Saran.
Arguments in favor:
(1) Although he was uke in "Unforgotten Night", Domundi conspicuously included him among the semes this past weekend at DMD Sport Day.
(2) He's almost as tall as Ohmkrit (182 vs. 184cm).
(3) He's an experienced actor, ready to step into a lead role in "Magic Lover".
(4) Why did Domundi hire him?
Arguments against:
(1) I haven't really seen him interacting with Ohmkrit (although they do actually have an interesting connection in the past with their cameo together in "Dinosaur Love").
(2) BL fandom might still insist on seeing Ton as uke.
Any thoughts?
I don't think Aoftion's ambiguous (or ambiguously translated) comment a few weeks ago about Ohm's new partner being a "new hire" really helps here, as the addition of Ton had already been announced before that. Maybe it was an allusion to him - or maybe not.

The number rises to 18 if I include the Thai/Japanese BL feature movie "(Love Song)" releasing tomorrow on Netflix Japan, which was a theatrical release last fall that I'm very keen to watch (so far without any fansubber that I've been able to find). Fingers crossed that VPN works (Netflix can be finicky) and that there are English subtitles.
