Favorite BLs this year:
Of the 2023 releases which I have personally seen so far (based on official MDL release year, and including pending series which are near the end),  I can wholeheartedly recommend:

South Korea: "Shoulder to Cry On", "Our Dating Sim", "Eighth Sense", "Love Mate"
Japan: "Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu" ("End of the World With You"), "Utsukushii Kare Season 2" ("Beautiful Man 2" - be sure to watch Season 1 first), "Zenra Meshi" ("Naked Dining")

I have watched and can also conditionally recommend:
Thailand: "Cutie Pie 2" - for fans of "Cutie Pie"
"Tin Tem Jai" - but only if you like Tin, who is very much the center of this series. To decide, just try watching a scene with him first. (If he makes you cringe, the series is not for you.)
South Korea: "To My Star 2" (I personally preferred Season 1, but most other reviews of Season 2 are overwhelmingly positive)
Japan: "Bokura no Shokutaku" ("Our Dining Table") - absolutely fantastic little kid actor who's totally the star of the series!
"Watashi to Otto to Otto no Kareshi" ("Me, My Husband, and My Husband's Boyfriend") - interesting, even though polyamorous bisexual relationships aren't really my thing

Least favorite BL this year: 
Thailand: "Future" (not bad if you have nothing better to watch, but very mediocre)

Favorite new BL couple: 
Tough choice because there are so many great couples, but of the most recent ones, I would have to say Tutor/Yim (originally from "Cutie Pie" - best first kiss scene ever !!! - as well as "Cutie Pie 2").

For fans of Tutor/Yim (❤), be sure to see the two (very short and fluffy) TikTok micro-series "Our Winter" and "Crush on You". I hope "Middleman's Love" will be released soon.

Been a while since I've been here but I wanted to ask: is any episode of Our Skyy 2 worth watching?

The series I liked were Never Let Me Go, The Eclipse, My School President, Bad Buddy and Thousand Stars. But I'm not sure about their continuation.

Never Let Me Go has gone a completely different direction, The Eclipse is the only one that actually seems to have progressed, and MSP is now retelling the same thing just a bit differently.

Bad Buddy and Thousand Stars haven't been released yet so idk, but what do you think about other 3?

Never let me go and The Eclipse parts of Our Skyy 2 were not so bad, but far away from the quality of original series, it's the bad concept of the whole season. MSP part was silly as hell, however funny in some way. I was counting on something similar to Our Skyy first season and continuation of the stories our beloved couples, but we received low quality product. This is my personal opinion, but I really think that our boys deserved on better script. 

i know right? nlmg and the eclipse gave us more than the series did

msp just gave us the same thing, but in a different font and honestly, i wanted to see something very different than what we got

vice versa was fucking cute and yall can't disagree (+ it showed us how mature the mains can be)

star in my mind was cute but not memorable (i had to check what couples are in our skyy 2 to remember them)

as for abaab, i still didn't watch the our skyy eps but i will today

i'm EXTREMELY excited for bad buddy and 1000 stars😍
