I suspect that Yim is just doing what the director is telling him to do. He played a very sweet, likeable character in "Cutie Pie".

For sure, but still, why making him such an obnoxious character?

He wasn't like that in "Bed Friend". I saw "Cutie Pie" and also "Naughty Babe" and again, his acting is okay, nothing to say.

In this one I find this character really difficult to keep up with.

Yay! :-)

One that I'm almost done watching right now that I've not heard anyone mention: "180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us" (on Gagaoolala). I'll post more as soon as I'm done - but for now I'll just say that it's likewise serious drama with a real story and intelligent dialogue and psychological depth, no product placements, no silliness or silly noises.

I started it a while ago, but couldn't finish it. It seemed to be as you described. Since you are still watching, I won't say any more. :-)

I have a lot of dramas to catch up on! Starting with The Middleman's Love and Last Twilight.

I also want to watch A Breeze of Love and You Are Mine.  And then there's Kimi ni wa Todokanai.

I was going through my plan to watch list the other day, hoping to shorten it, and found Love Mechanics. I thought I had already seen it, so I started the first episode just to see if I remembered and got sucked in until the end.

The uni era produced quite a lot of Thai BL dramas, and some are classics now.  But I get why some might feel  that Thai BLs  are so alike!

guys do you know any free place i can download bls from?

Some streaming services allow you to download using the app, such as iQIYI and WeTv. Plenty of BL groups on Telegram that allow you to download BLs, but as these are all pirated, USER BEWARE.

You Are Mine is a pretty cute watch with two very handsome and talented leads. Love the quirky office staff! Don't miss the last episode's ending AFTER the credits.

Last Twilight is living up to my expectations so far. Really looking forward to watching this series each week.

Middleman's Love is on pause. WTH are they thinking? I can't get through the first episode with the opening animation, the over the top slapstick behavior of the Jade character by Yim, or the mindless chatter and yelling with sound effects. Oy Vey!

Are you watching this on WeTV, or is there another place to watch this?

I watched "En Of Love: Love Mechanics" (2020), which was alright (i.e. the least bad of the three "En" series), but I've not yet found anyplace other than WeTV to watch the longer and higher quality "Love Mechanics" remake (2022). (I already pay for six streaming services, not really keen to add WeTV!)

His Character is very exaggerated and comedic in a bad way . P'Yim acts better in all the other series he did , so I think it's the character and not him. Anyway, it was unbearable to continue , should probably binge it after it finishes airing . I feel disappointed considering the fact I waited around half an year for this drama.

Except this is not the character we see in the book, so perhaps it is the screenwriters who adapted the novel and/or the director at fault here. Either way, it's just not what was hoped for.

The more experienced of the two screenwriters, Jungjing Wanna, has done some reasonably good series, so I suspect the fault likes mainly with the director, Cheewin Thanamin, who seems to be big on Thai-style silly humour - some silly but cute series with sex appeal (e.g. "Make It Right", "Why R U?", "Secret Crush on You") but also some real disasters, especially "That's My Candy".

I watched it on myasiantv, but I really don't know much about this website. It was recommended to me recently.

It's a pirate site.

I just watched The Middkeman's Love and it was like the circus came to town and I was the clown for watching all of the episode.

As Blanche from Golden Girls would say, "I am stunned, just stunned, stunned is the only way to describe just how stunned I am"

WTF were they thinking?

I normally use it as a backup site if all the others are not working but I also don't know much except that it seems to copy dramacool
