Quantcast

Ok, why when we quote the spoilers are gone and we can see eveything?

So, Jojo

I already hardly remember this guy, he was like a homeless dude, no

I actually didn't like the second couple that much.I think overall it was mainly Johnny that I liked XD

And also - who asked to see the step-brothers again in this one??

 Jojo:

I enjoyed the show but not enough for me to watch the second season. I’m not sure what it is but something just didn’t connect with me. Maybe it was  Akita’s attitude towards Shin that put me off. His indecisiveness and the way he didn’t take Shin seriously didn’t impress me.

I watched the second season and it was pretty much a continuation of the first season, with the same indecisiveness by Akita. Sure there were some cute parts but honestly, for me, season one was better and season two was a bit disappointing.

He wasn’t homeless but an orphan.

Yeah, right? I felt funny seeing them again and was like, ‘What? They gave them this much screen time?’

 p43425:
(re "Minato") I can totally understand why you and quite a few others don't especially like the series. As for me, Minato's flaws (and Shin's quirkiness) are part of what makes their characters so interesting (along, of course, with the physical attractiveness of the actors). I also enjoy the irony that the teen (Shin) is the one who acts like the mature, decisive adult while the adult (Minato) acts so immature regarding Shin.

Yes, I agree with this comment, and it works for the first season, but the same repeated behavior for much of the second season was too much for too long. I had hoped for more loving "togetherness" between the two, as they are a really cute couple. That might be why I was disappointed in S2.

History Obsessed

History Crossing the line

I enjoyed these two at the time; I think they are worth the watch.

Two of my favs as well, along with Right or Wrong.

The guy who should take him back to the future?

Yes! and like wrong couple! I wish they gave us Mu Ren and Li Cheng!

Episode 8 of Last Twilight just called me single in several languages smh

Ahh, wait til you see the end of ep 9.

I'm on Last Twilight ep 12 first part (escalator scene) and crying my eyes out. I hardly ever cry.

:-(

Oh god damn that ending hit me in the feels how can a heart break while witnessing the most in-love scene

I have a few thoughts after the final ep. of Last Twilight.

1. Mhok took full blame for their breakup and apologized twice, when I feel Day should have had some responsibility too. Mhok had his own trauma regarding the loss of his sister and no one acknowledged his pain. He was left to cope alone after the breakup.

2. I really liked Mark as Night and enjoyed his relationship with the lovely Porjai. I know they were a "side couple" but I would have loved to see more of how their relationship developed and how Mark's mom accepted Porjai and the baby. A sequel or side story with them as the mains would be cool.

3. The ending credits showing all the photos taken while Day was blind was a genius idea!

No unnecessary drama, boring filler parts, violence or explicit sex scenes here.  Just many warm and beautiful moments both between Day and Mhok, as well as many important life messages to take from this story.

Oh sorry, I got the characters mixed up. Yes, the homeless guy. Don’t know why but found him annoying at times too,

Yes, I would have preferred Mu Ren and Li Cheng too!

@ America Fan I’m glad I’m not the only one who found Minato’s Laundry rather meh. Most people I spoke to seem to like it. It’s nice to know that there’s someone out there who has similar thoughts to me.

For your thoughts on Last Twilight:

1. I was hoping that the show would allow Mhok to talk more about the loss of his sister but it didn’t. He only briefly told Day what happened and it’s like he brushed it off with the typical ‘Don’t worry, I’m OK.’

2. I really enjoyed Night’s and Porjai’s story and I wished they gave this story more airtime.  Night totally got me when he told his doctor friend that the baby was his. I was screaming. Let’s hope that there will be a series of their own.

The only thing I would have preferred was that Day didn’t have his operation at the end. It would have been nice to see how Mhok’s and Day’s relationship grow with Day still being blind. I would have liked to see the change in Mhok and how he treats Day.

Indeed, a very well told story that melts the heart. Very rarely do I not like a show with P Aof’s involvement.

P.S. Right or Wrong is also one my favourites but it rarely mentioned too. Glad you did.

I see, I think I agree with you on that (I say I think, as I hardly remember the character XD)

Yes! like who'd prefer the step-brothers over Mu Ren and Li Cheng?

Reslly? I'm still on the first season and really enjoying it but I was told the second season was better...
