Ohh nooo, I dropped Kiss Me again and gave Our Skyy a low for me rating...of course all long before Cherry Magic. Dark Blue Kiss was a much better watch imo. I'm gonna watch the kissing links I saw posted earlier haha.

Hmm. I actually enjoyed the first episode. A reminder of how my youth was spent. Albeit, first episodes are to set the scene, I imagine there is more to come given the tag lines.
We were warned this had nothing to do with the first, two seasons of Close Friends though, and having read the synopsis, I wasn't expecting any connections with the former.
Speaking of Jimmy Karn, I saw that he was in the final episode of "DMD Friendship the Reality" (and very deliberately seated next to Tommy!) - so maybe they're planning a BL comeback for him/them?
I don't think Jimmy & Tommy ever ended. Domundi has been keeping them together in most videos they released in the last year, I think they are very much still a pair and we'll get something with them eventually. That being said! Yes, yes, yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm usually not so keen on reality-type series but I really loved this one - partly because the guys were so appealing (through whatever combination of good looks, charming personality and/or raw sex appeal), partly because the series is very orchestrated and thus drags less than true reality shows, but most of all knowing that I will be seeing this new slate of very promising actors in future BLs. And wow, some of the shows in the finale were amazing! Domundi/Mandee totally succeeded: They got me very invested in their third-gen actors and especially the new CPs from the show.

Right, I'm super invested now. Hopefully we'll get an update on what, when, and where, we can see them all next. I think they might do an announcement for two new official cps in this episode, but what I'm really hoping for is a show announcement.
Yesterday's first episode of "1000 Years Old" (Gaga): Vampire theme but seems to be a mediocre Thai rom-com - so vampire fans, don't get your hopes up. So far: "Meh."
Well, that's what I wrote almost four weeks ago.
Since then, the series has grown on me. The protagonists have grown on me. Yeah, it's a silly Thai comedy - but cute and fluffy in the way of silly Thai comedies. It's mediocre or even pretty bad - but bad in a so-bad-that-it's-kinda-good kind of way, if one doesn't take it too seriously. It's also got the nice-group-of-friends thing that Thai comedies so often do well.
Please don't throw things at me! And if anyone shares my opinion, please feel free to chime in, as this will reduce my embarrassment for admitting that I like it. *blush emoji*
