Updates and emotions:

Emotions:

A thousand best wishes and thanks to them. I remember watching Laws of Attraction while it was airing and being captivated every episode. I rated it 10 stars. I never did watch To Sir With Love as it is in my backlog of series to watch. Now I don't even know when I will ever watch it because when I watch it will truly be a goodbye to them for me.

Thumbs up!!

I never did watch To Sir With Love

It's on my PTW list but I doubt I'll actually watch it. I don't care for Thai Lakorn or soapy dramas, which I understand this to be, with a side of bromance.

I have a lot to talk about this fine afternoon so give me some clemency.

First of all:

I am happy to hear this as this is one of my most anticipated series for 2024.

Second of all:

Last Twilight on stage

The things they did on that stage OMG. Jimmy be looking FOINE in this shot. You guys know where I am going now......I need them in an action/Mafia/gang BL IMMEDIATELY because those Tattoos are speaking to me. Like if I get that...I don't even want to corrupt this club with my thoughts

Third of all:

Unknown the series - today's episode was very informative to me. I am now dying for the next episode because Yuan is about to play this game on his terms and I am SAT.

Fifth of all:

Has anyone here watched Jazz for Two and do you recommend it.

Finally:

Regarding Intern in My Heart is there a BL cut somewhere so that I don't have to watch the whole thing.

 RiqueXinw:

I read the manhwa when this was first announced and loved it. I was sceptical of the drama when it started, but it grew on me somewhat even if they altered a small, but (I felt) very important piece of the puzzle. If you've ever listened to and enjoyed jazz the soundtrack is quite good as well.

 RiqueXinw:

I'm speechless.

I am soooo excited for Love Sea. I might have to watch it as it airs...I'll think about it anyway.

You've died a lot while watching this series. It must be good.

I second your idea and I'm here for it. Plus tats on a manly man is my weakness. Add a little black leather and things start smoking...

So I came here to say I'm excited about having an evening of drama watching and my favorite snacks, and instead I get a whole different kind of snack. (See above visuals) Hehe. I might start rewatching Semantic Error. My fav snack is black pepper popcorn with Jr. mints.

What is your favorite snack when you watch dramas? (As in food).

@American Fan

Haha FOOD-WISE, I think my favourite snack when watching a drama is a plate of noodles

My fav drink would probs be a nice cup of coffee

I love having that when watching any drama

Re: Semantic Error ep 1

I actually really like the beginning! It looks like a bright funny cheerful story which is nice

Loving the MLs, I can def feel the chemistry sizzling ;)

AND I heard that there r some really good kiss scenes in it despite being a KBL so I’m excited :)

Semantic Error

One of my favourite KBLs.

Hello my dears,

how are you doing? I hope this message finds you all well! :-) I was offline for about two weeks because of a stressfull time at work and feeling not so well. But here I am again and I have to catch up with everything and read a lot. :-)

I loved this drama! I do not want to spoiler, so therefore I only say the "red outfit", ohhh my! :D Please write me if you've watched this scene. :-) :-)

At the moment I watch "Love in the Air" and "Kiseki dear to me" (my first Taiwanese BL drama) and I have finished watching "The Sign" (there was a lot of happening, romance, fantasy, mystery crime, police/ crime setting, great chemistry wow... ) I like the mystery crime genre. I liked the OST of "The Sign", too. I am fascinated about the chemistry of the couple in "Love in the Air", too. The scene where Payu sang for Rain and he asked him to look at him the whole time and not look away.... oh sigh, oh wow, I got a flushy face, if someone I was in love with said that to me, I would get weak knees and hot ears and... I don't know if I could hold their gaze.

And although it's offtopic, concerning non BL dramas... yesterday evening I've started to watch "Death's Game" and it really impressed me. It is so exciting and emotionally overwhelming and touching. I've cried a few times and I've not finished it yet. The motorcycle chase scene was breathtaking and I like this actor very much. I would like to see him in a main lead role in a romance drama or in a main lead role in a BL drama, hihi. :-)

Edit: My first use of spoilers. :D

 OnyxTheHedgehog:
Alr I finished TES

I must have missed it, which drama is TES? :-) When I just read the word chemistry I need to watch it. :D

 p43425:
I re-watch a lot of stuff - either because I want to see something a second time to better understand it, or (more often) because I want "comfort food". This also provides a convenient excuse for why my massive PTW list grows ever larger.

This made me smile. I can relate to that very well.

When a drama is about to end, I often hesitate to finish it because I am sad it's over. That's why I often put a drama on hold.^^ Before I finish a drama, I definately need to organize one or (just in case) two other dramas with which I can continue.

I love starting a new drama, the new characters, the new feeling, the scenes with the first meeting of the main leads... but I am also worried about wether I like it. O.o

When I don't like a certain plot development or if there is too much heartache I put a drama on hold or drop it. Sometimes something turns out differently than you thought and then it's okay to let it be. Sometimes I come back to give it a try again. There are a few cases I even fast forwarded, lol. It always depends. I have to admit that I've put "Vincenzo" for example on hold/ dropped it for the first time watching because it was kind of scary in the beginning. But I am glad that I tried it again. It takes me sometimes a while to get used to someone or something. :-)

PS: I just realized that I've used the word sometimes too much.^^ :D Sorry for that.

I can relate to this! Sometimes when I am so connected to a drama I get sad when it's over, like I miss them. I also often pause a few episodes before the end and find a few new ones so I have somewhere else to invest my emotional energy. Sometimes nothing really hits the spot afterwards so I watch a completely different genre to clear my head.

RE: Semantic Error - Yes the red suit is a hoot. Mr. plaid shirt guy is adorable when I see him with his hat off and bangs down. I wanna squish him to pieces.

TES = The Eighth Sense

I'm in love with the MLs of Love in the Air. I had to add some gifs to my pfp just the other day when I got bored of the drama I was watching.  It was a nice distraction.

Nice to see you back and I hope you have many un-stressful days ahead. :-)

Do you put anything on your noodles?
