i cringe so hard whenever i watch a drama and the actor portraying a "spiritual being" that looks like a human uses the "you humans call this **** " or "humans are **** ".Feels overused at this point

i used **** to indicate that any word could be used as i didnt want to use an example.

if i were to use an example from the top of my head "you humans call this a phone" or "humans are greedy"

Why are K dramas more popular than C dramas?

Prob because of the directing style, language, and vibe of the shows are very different. Also beauty standard... maybe? I watch more K-drama because I like the fashion and stories. I watch c drama to learn Chinese, and when I find a story I like.
