Looking for a specific drama

looking for one drama in particular that i just cant remember the name of 

so its starts of when the original couple is in school cant remeber how young they where but there bf and gf the bf family disapproves of the fl and tries to cause trouble for them and then the fl gets pregnant and the mother or auntie tries to take the girl to get an abortion the girl runs away at the last second but the mom of the ml still think she had the abortion and the fl tell the boy that she got an abortion so the ml can go abroad to study and for the fl to have the kid at home she has to promise her mom that she will pretend that her future daughter is her little sister and the move away so the fl can give birth in secret away from her neighborhood and the a time skip occurs and the fl and mom move back to the area and the male lead also come bacokform abroad at this time all this while the fl has been taking care of her daughter as her auntie and eventually she meets a new guy this guy is like the adopted son of family and in later episodes its revealed that hese reletade to the ml cant remember exactly how but the two eventually fight over the fl and the inheritance of there family the orgignal male lead starts to go on a darker path and and the very end he suffers a head injury and reverts to a childlike form.

hopefully with that description someone can tell me the name of this drama been trying to remeber for ages some of the stuff might be a little murky but overall i think i got it down to a tee

not to sure to be honest either koroen or chinese one of the two dont think its that old and if i remember correctly it has decent amount of episodes

also i know the second male lead ends up with the girl and hese in a family but he was adopted and later finds out hese actually related to the first male lead and fights with him over the company and girl

na the female lead has a daughter but raises her as her little sister untill later on in the drama .no son its a single mom to a daughter/sister

ive been trying to remember the name for ages now some of the details i might be misrembering  but overall i think i got what happens pretty close so if you happen to find it for me youle be saving me trying to look for it for another week  haha

I've seen it.  My Love By My Side. The child is a boy, though. Her  former boyfriend's mother is quite a piece of work- housekeeper for a rich family with aspirations for her son that has no boundaries.

brah i skipped over that one so many times because the summary just didnt have anything to with what i saw  but yeah first episode in and my lord it is lol 5 days searching  i clicked the tag for teenage pregnancy aswell first day FML thankyou though

The one-sentence MDL description isn't accurate - she isn't trying to "make the world a warmer place to live in" - mostly she's just trying to get by and bring up her son/nephew. Also, the poster is more than a little bizarre, showing her with a silly smile and ... I have no idea what the others are doing. It's a serious melodrama. 

Can't say that I recommend it, although there is a certain fascination in watching the awful things her former boyfriend's mom does to the FL while she is pregnant, and then many years later.
