Plot per DramaRush: In her previous life, Xue Jiayan was ruthlessly destroyed by her ungrateful in-laws. Despite supporting the family financially, they turned on her, dragging her reputation through the mud and causing her mother to die of grief. To make matters worse, her young daughter was neglected and left to die by her cruel mother-in-law. Ruined by society's rumors and systemic abuse, Xue Jiayan met a tragic end.
Upon being reborn into an earlier timeline, Jiayan drops all pretenses of the submissive daughter-in-law. She begins a calculated campaign to ruthlessly expose and dismantle her corrupt marital home. However, her grand plans catch the eye of Jiang Xuan, a dangerous, powerful ruler who treats everyone on the political stage like a dispensable pawn.
Xue Jiayan tries to use Jiang Xuan's unmatched authority to guarantee her revenge, while Jiang Xuan attempts to trap her in his golden cage. As the two engage in an intense back-and-forth battle of wits over the imperial bed, genuine obsession and past-life secrets unravel, blurring the lines between political leverage and possessive love.

Wang Pei Yan and Liu Nian in enemies to lovers troupe + a kid. What a feast for the eyes.
I hope Liu Nian will bring good luck for Wang Pei Yan, because she's a good luck charm, able to attract large viewers.
I like dramas with a cute kid, and I like Liu Nian but not a fan of Wang Pei Yan. He seems to always play childish simp characters. I have never seen him as a mature domineering character. Maybe he looks too young.

Not always, but almost always. In My Pink Prince with Yu Yin, he's a tragic character once a hostage but he did wear pink. In Meow Princess, he's a cruel tyrant but he did heard FL's inner voice. In a few others he's quite a serious character. But he's mostly typecast I guess, because it's his true self.
FL is an orphan who runs a small restaurant. One night she saves an injured man who has lost his memory. With nowhere to go, he stays with her. Three years pass, they build a quiet life together, and eventually they marry.
Everything changes when he suddenly remembers he is a wealthy heir. He divorces her without hesitation and tells her he will send her a gift in a week.
A week later a young man appears at her door. He introduces himself as the promised gift, but the truth is different. He is a hidden rich heir who came on his own, determined to win her over and show her the affection she was denied.

I haven't seen any of those you mentioned. I watched a few of his dramas and he was always henpecked or with older woman/ younger man trope.
Thanks. I'm going to check out his drama with Liu Nian. If that's good, maybe I'll give these a try
This was such a cute and fun drama. Love it! I liked that the ML wasn't secretly in love with the FL for ten years. I'm so tired of those stupid trope where the ML was in love with the FL during childhood or some chance encounters. You can see both of them falling in love after getting to know each other and spending time together because of their son. Wang Pei Yan is not such a simp this time and not being dominated by a woman.
True. They're so cute. It's just so unexpected that ML's best friend will end up marrying ML's sister.
Should I tell you that I actually dropped Meow Princess? Hahaha, I'm sorry I just use it as an example about Wang Pei Yan's (not-so-)serious role. Tbh my favorite Wang Pei Yan's dramas are his first drama with Li Ke Yi: https://kisskh.at/792576-love-yourself-more and his fantasy family drama with Zeng Hui https://kisskh.at/792436-ye-gui-han (the first drama of him I watched, the second was 18 y.o. Grandma).
iQIYI is so quick on uploading this drama with Chen Yu Feng and Menggen Zhu La:
It's a sweet story of a transmigrator pampering a poor and tormented soul (not poor in fact, but a bit abused by the original body/wife) in the shape of a handsome husband. This transmigrator said, you're in charge of looking pretty, I'm in charge of earning money to support the family." Aw, that's so sweet. There's a few villains (like 4) and a lot small villains, but ML is a big shot so no conflict lasts long. ML and FL are super good natured with FL being a money-grubber thinking ML is bankrupted and ML has prejudices towards FL (because of the original body's conducts) but FL is self-aware and super good at communicating and and so can dispel ML's doubts in no time. A great relationship should be like this couple's relationship (minus ML's deception, but it's to catch lurking enemies so it's not completely bad).
