Reading a webtoon before or after or at all?

For those who also read webtoons/manhwa, do you read the ones that have been remade into dramas (WWWSK, Death game, Business proposal, MMH, PMR, Gaus etc.) after having watched the drama or vice versa? I feel like it's different from reading a book and then watching a movie/show since webtoons are so much more immersive.
