asking me why i dont think what to study when i was younger bla 2

she says it is harder for me now because i am almost 30

i am depressed for god 's sake .i couldnt even go class few years ago since i kept getting panic attack ,cant sleep etc

I think it's out of good intention. But imo, one should not give other people financial advice unless he/she's a financial advisor/notary you've hired. Just say you're not gonna paying him/her so no need to give financial advice.

And why talking about the past, it's not like we could rewind time, tell him/her to make a time machine so that you could start over.

No need to worry about other people's opinion, it's your life not theirs. But I think financial freedom is important.

Cutting a bad friend is good. But I think she actually wants you to be more positive in life. But she shouldn't say it that way. Everyone is different.

On stress, have you tried meditation or workout? Listening to classical music also helps. I think there's also breath technique that's good for stress.

all we can do is trying our best .actually i just wanna get married and become housewife .i should get married already at my age .i am going to temple and try to go out weekly to find a husband (although i am scared of abusive cab driver ,i started to text them before getting into their car to know whether they shitty or not ) .i am thinking about studying marketing or hr

u think she is bad? she doesnt like to work yet she looks down on housewife and call them 'bitch' .idk why she wants everyone to live to her standard .so annoying .idk why is she so harsh on me .i miss her but i guess getting rid of her is the best thing.

i do watch psychologist 's video on youtube .i think it helps me alot .i think my sleep issue is getting better but i need to start sleeping by 4 and someday sleep before 12

"When the listener truly learns how to listen, the speaker's words lose their power , they become worthless."
It means that you should only hold on to the words that serve you, that matter to you , and let the rest pass by, in one ear and out the other. When you master the art of selective listening, no matter how much someone tries to provoke or influence you with their words, it won’t affect you.
Eventually, when the speaker realizes their words no longer have an impact, they stop speaking altogether.

after reading through the rest of the replies, I want to say, that I also want to become a housewife someday and I feel like people look down on it, even though it takes a lot of work to be a housewife and later a mom. I don't think people should look down on you because of it. like others have said, it's also important that you can make a living, unless you find a good man who will provide for you.
