I see positive and negative points in both.

Binge Watch, negative point: I get saturated after a while and it takes me a while to finish because I can't watch the plot anymore

Positive: You don't have to wait every week with anxiety about what's going to happen.

Watch the week it comes out

Positive: There are usually a small number of episodes and you can watch them without getting bored.

Negative: You have to wait every week to see what's going to happen

I simply have a hard time knowing which one to choose. So, which one is your favorite and why?

My choice is to wait until all episodes are available to watch.  I started watching “Legend of The Female General” and loved it. I was so disappointed to find out only the first 12 episodes had been released. So…I had to wait.

I was so happy to (quite by accident) find out the rest of the episodes (or so I thought!) had been uploaded so I sat and watched, sat and watched, and I just finished watching episode 31, eagerly waited for episode 32 to come on my screen but….

Oh no! It hasn’t been uploaded! What! There’s only 5 episodes to go, only 5 more to watch! And they’re up yet. I searched YouTube more than once, but no, the last episode uploaded was ep 31!

This is so annoying - I now have to wait again!

And the moral is? If you’re like me and have to watch a series from start to finish before watching something else, wait and make sure every episode has been uploaded to avoid disappointment.

Sorry.  Paragraph 3 should read

“Oh no! It hasn’t been uploaded! What! There’s only 5 episodes to go, only 5 more to watch! And they’re up yet. I searched YouTube more than once, but no, the last episode uploaded was ep 31!”

ETA: Is there any way to edit a post?

watch the episodes as they come out

pro: smaller amount of episodes

con (can also be a pro): you start to forget what happened episodes ago
