How to earn coins to send flowers ?

Where to look for the activities to earn coins ? I can't buy them with real money . So I can earn it by doing activities right ? I don't know where to find those activities.

If you haven't had mdl apps, first you need to download it on apps store. After that you can open the apps and click top left button and choose free coins option, then you choose the option on top: watch ads iirc (I've used up mine, so the option currently unavailable). You can watch up to 25 ads per day.

You can become a VIP and then every month on your payment day they will deposit you 400 coins. That is a way to earn coins with money. Or, you can write articles or help to maintain the database looking for Asian series or films that are not updated or even that do not exist in mdl and then you get coins.
