[hi] Looking for a short drama (Korean or Chinese, watched via a YouTube recap channel) — plot below:

Male lead and female lead go on a ski trip. A jealous rival girl secretly causes an "accident" — pushes a boulder/rock at the female lead — but the male lead saves her and takes the hit instead. He ends up paralyzed, in a wheelchair.

The female lead is forced to leave him — I think the rival had connections/access to get him better medical treatment, on the condition that the female lead leave. The male lead believes she left because she saw him as a burden.

The drama opens with them meeting again years later — he sees her with a child and gets angry (possibly his child, though I'm not 100% sure she was pregnant).

For a while the male lead sides with the rival girl, until the truth comes out. In the climax, the rival is exposed and grabs a knife to attack the female lead — the male lead protects her again and takes the stab in the back.
