I'm not sure if this is the exact line but for me it's from the scene where gugudan's mina's parents chose to cover up their daughter's crime and then IU said..  "Your choice will burn your daughter's soul"... ha! oh so so satisfying....

I really liked when the Room Manager was leaving and she told Goo Chan Sung never to wear the tiger suit again.

Episode 2

No Joon-Seok: Ms Jang. I spent my whole life here, but it feels weird to come here as a guest.
Jang Man-Wol: Are you dead?
No Joon-Seok: I'm sorry. When I left the hotel, I've lost my life.
Jang Man-Wol: I finally let you go. You probbly didn't have a chance to live like a human being.
No Joon-Seok: As I served my guests here, I've spent a meaningful life. A long time ago, when I tried to let myself go, I would have lived a short and lame life if I hadn't met you that day. I was glad that I could stay at Hotel Del Luna.
Jang Man-Wol: Glad, my foot. You've never made a family who would put up an alter for you.
No Joon-Seok: As I was the only one who got older at this hotel, you were my sister, my daughter, and my grandson. I can leave without worries now that you have a reliable replacement.
Jang Man-Wol: Since I can't die, I can't tell you that we'll meet again or something like that.
No Joon-Seok: I hope that your time will start running once again someday.

When Manwol said that if Chansung doesn't wear the tiger print suit, she will take his clothes off and he simply replies with "I don't think you'll be able to handle it".

My two favourite quotes are from Episode 9, and they both require a bit of context. (I italicized the best parts~)

Mago: You nearly died because of Man-wol. I heard you embraced that potent curse. If you haven’t lifted that curse, your soul is probably seriously hurt now.
Koo Chang-sung: Jang Man-wol protected me. I’m fine.
Mago: Man-wol is fine thanks to you. You are the one who protected her. My sister chose the right person. So keep up the good work.
Koo Chang-sung: Was I sent to that hotel for that purpose? When the terrible fate comes to her from the past, am I supposed to block her from it?
Mago: You successfully carried out your mission. Why are you angry? Do you feel pity for the Man-wol you saw in your dreams?
Koo Chang-sung: Yes, I do. I feel angry that you praise me for not taking her side. She abandoned me because I got in her way. Are you telling me to keep on getting in her way?
Mago: It’s cool to take someone’s side, while getting in the way is not. Everyone wants the role of embracing and consoling her. The shabby role of getting in the way, holding on, and begging can only be done by a good person.

I have never dried up and have given the people fresh water. No matter how much they took, I was filled up again. I gave them water to make alcohol and let them make money. However, I can no longer fill up as much water as they want. I am continuously getting dried up. I ran away before I dry up completely and get abandoned like an empty pond. I chose to abandon them first while they could still miss me.
