well from what i have seen and understood, its actually really scary to date outside, cause you don't know anything about them, you cant trust them and sometimes it just doesn't work out!. People in the show are all there with same mindset, that is to date. so there is not an issue of like right person wrong time etc etc. It make it more trustworthy for people to meet and date on show as production team does an initital background checks, and matches them up based on their preference similarities etc in each season. So idk it seems like a solid opportunity for them to give a try, and if not they do least get paid for their participation.
