Wow, what a detailed list! After the fully free versions, most would stop there-at least within a given language, but you did let every known platform get a fair comparison even if I don't think most readers would wait a week between chapters when it's a 24hr wait or no wait at all elsewhere (unless they really don't know of the others OR pace themselves that way-the unicorns with true self control who don't marathon things they love at the cost of the area under their eyes)!
