Apparently Kimura Takuya will finally headline a Taiga (wich is a year long dorama production commitment) playing Oda Nobumaga (who unified Japan in the 16th century and was succeed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi) with a cast consisting of Kitano Takeshi as Tokugawa Ieyasu, Oguri Shun as Toyotomi Hideyoshi, along with Horikita Maki, Ishihara Satomi and Yoshitaka Yuriko....
Whoa...this is good news woth of celebrating. And this new drama starts in oktober... This fall is wonderful, so many new dramas to watch.
And its sci-fi genre, on from mine favorites.

his last drama was only some months ago, but we never get tired to watch him on our screen. What makes me sooooo happy is to be able to watch him playing once again one of my favorite character from his career : can't wait for next summer!
I was just watching at him yesterday (through a video, i was not there), on the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival, where Miike was presenting his movie Mugen no Juunin. Kimura appears at around 4:00 or 5:00, and once again his charming smile worked on me. i find him particularly cute at 6:20
