What I really like in this, is the, let's say dualism of Chiaki's feelings towards her. He isn't only about getting a loving girl to support him as in most dramas (and frankly Nodame is as much trouble as support). First and foremost he appreciates her as an ingenious musician. It's not only about the relationship between them, it's always intertwined with being an artist. For me one of the most touching, truly magnificent scene, was Nodame's and Stresseman concert, when Chiaki humbly admits that maybe their whole journey wasn’t about fulfilling his dreams, but that he was a mere tool in God’s plan to bring Nodame on stage. It spite of all the quirkiness of their relationship ( I love how in the TV specials Chiaki with horror admits to himself that he loves Nodame- Weirdo’s Forest LOL) I believe they represent ultimate love-story – because they not only accept each other as they are, but also believe in each other greatness as musicians and firmly support , push or pull each other to achieve more. Like in the ending , when Chiaki refuses to let Nodame resign from career and gives her strength and support to not be afraid and continue. And I agree that piano duet was a perfect wrap-up. Every time I watch it I remember the beginning and how much they’ve grown and want to watch it once more-LOL the vicious cycle.. I want to re-watch right now !!! But I can’t, I’m too busy. … *Finish

Yeah, I wrote about how Nodame supports Chiaki and then I thought, hmmm... Chiaki admires and supports her too.... I liked that one part about him being used by God too. The ultimate music couple lol.

Rewatched for the nth time :DDDD And still the same feeling when I watched it for the first time. The love that Chiaki and Nodame shares in this drama is just so pure to me, that in the end, in the very long run, they've got each other's back. I always get teary eyes every time I think of their story, I can't explain how I really love and enjoyed this drama. Hoping that someday, a CHIAKI would appear in my life. LOL :P

I'm disagree with every people here ! Maybe it's me but when I saw this drama I was mad ! The story is good and have lot of potantial but the play of the actor are very bad. I don't know if it's done on propose but I just wanted to kill them.
