This "Japanese/Korean" thing is confusing because naturalization is confusing in that part of the world. To elaborate: if you were born in Japan from Japanese parents but they are, say, half Korean, you're still considered Korean. In my country, if you were born in Italy and registered here and your parents are from... Uzbekistan but are legally settled in Italy, you're Italian.
The Korean/Japanese issue is still problematic.
Therefore my guss is Takumi is only 1/2 or 1/4 Korean, but calls himself such because of the above. His father was probably born in Japan, or moved to Japan at a very young age, but Korean descent is enough for Takumi to say he's Korean. :)

GAH! I haven't been able to have a moment to sit and watch the rest of this! Birthday craziness yesterday, t hough I had an amazing time and am grateful for all the surprises, pulled me away and I have NOT finished yet. I will be starting 9 later today and writing up my episode review for 8 later. My plans were to sit and watch dramas all weekend...but alas, it was not to be!

Just started it...watched the 1st ep...liked it a lot...esp. the scenes between the 2 main leads..subtle and beautiful...plus the ost is really nice ^_^

i d/l-ed it...the video quality is quite good but the subs not so much..as long as i get the gist i guess it's fine...i'm using the sub file you sent me...i've only watched the first episode and i already like Takenouchi Yutaka heh ^_^...first ep. was quite interesting..hopefully it'll stay the same...i'll try and watch an ep. or two later tonight at home...

Rondo was good for the first four eps but then it just fell apart and felt like a cheesy melodrama soap opera to me lol. But that's just me...

Yes, he stabbed me too, at the time, and I pouted for a week. I forgave him only because he's adorable (usually)... but then I've bashed some of his favourite dramas, so we are even, I suppose... :p
