Name This J-Drama: Main Male Lead Gets Harassed by Employer?

I can't remember this dorama's name at all! All I remember is that the main male lead is working either as a bartender or cook and he gets his butt grabbed by his gay employer. I think he beats the shit out of him later, but I'm not sure xD

I need this drama for an article, so any help would be appreciated!

It could be "Yamato nadeshiko shici henge", at the beginning of the drama there is Takano Kyohei (kame) that is harrased by his employer exactly like you described it.
