This drama fell flat for me too. It lacked proper character development. And the episodic nature of the drama didn't help with story development either. For me, it Would have been better if the entire focus of the drama was revealing the spy and spider's identity and his partner's murder. The whole deal with the spider wasn't done well either...very anti climatic when his identity was revealed.
