I have a feeling that, the mysterious guy is his own brother, Song Han. I had my suspicions after seeing him practice martial arts, specifically in the opening he was holding a bow and an arrow. After the recent episode, when it was said that his brother and father died in the first life, it confirmed my suspicions because if that really happened and there was a probability of brother being alive then, he will definitely come after his brother for revenge for the father.
