Yea, with so many changes made in the drama, it's kinda difficult to say whether they'll keep that plot the same. Should be revealed in a couple episode I guess, since ep 24 and 25 trailers are already hinting at the development of that plot.

They also didn't include the scene shown in the trailer. What's the point of shooting those scenes if they're just meant to attract the audience? I also feel that the story and timeline have been tampered with.

All of this is due to his lack of character, cruelty and inferiority complex. So he has been living in the shadow of his wife and her family, outshine by others, the late duke was always disappointed with him, so he started to blame others for his mistakes and there was only one step from jealousy to hate towards his wife.  SM has been outstanding since childhood - and he was a child of his hateful wife... whom he was blaming for death of his mistress and her child. Later when he found out she had been still alive, got her pregnant again and then made babies switcheroo - so he wanted to destroy SM and elevate SH who was his desired child...
