I didn't try much, but You can use Firefox browser extension "browsec vpn" which have singapore option for free

for thai viewers officially monomax with thaisubs and thaidubs starting 21st may ends at the same time as china because monomax bought the copyright from tencent

as for thai speakers overseas (like me) you can use vpn to access it.
