I was thinking of starting that one too, lol!  My husband just came home from work and asked if I watched something today, and I said no, the last two dramas were too intense, so I've had to take a break from any dramas for a couple of days,  before I can watch anything again. I don't want to leave the LYF universe yet.....and Xuan and XY, and XL, and everything.

Lmao I started Dashing Youth just to get out of the hump and grief/anger over LYF. I was rereading/listening to the novel but don’t think I have the heart to continue because I need to get over this. Lol when Hidden Charm comes out, I will probably hop onto that train. I really wanna watch The Rise of Ning though, looks more intriguing!

I've been planning to read the novel for a little while now. As there are differences that are fairly large, I have learned to read the books after, so I can keep straight what happens in which. And yes, I do not want to say goodbye to this world! I really like the world they created. Who wouldn't want to visit the different kingdoms there, and QST? 

I was just imagining XY and Jing wandering the LYF world, and then I thought,   she isn't sending letters back to CX..... another little heartbreak.....💔 

The novel is gonna break you more if you are a YaoXuan shipper lol. Definitely a good idea you watched the drama first because I was not happy about the changes in S2. But then again, I feel like if they were faithful to CX’s character development - might’ve hurt me more hahaah. THERE IS LITERALLY NO WIN HERE. And ZWY’s angst doesn't help at all. I can only imagine him walking around the Phoenix Tree forest missing her forever 😭 but I want him to miss her forever because that is how deep his obsession and love was lol.

Ugh ZWY makes it so hard to move on. I have been watching BTS clips of him and YZ - also their interactions in events. I am trying not to ship them irl but it’s really hard not to LOL. I need another collab with them - one where they end up together hahahaahah

Last year it took me months before I could watch any other Cdramas.  This year, I hope is better.  I'm slowly watching a mystery romcom costume drama with the actor playing Ru Shou, and may try the vampire drama Snowfall.  If Hidden Charm and Go East come out soon, it will certainly help me recover.

Snowfall looks intriguing haha with Gao Wei Guang. Saw the posters a while back and it looked very pretty - lemme know how it is if you watch it.

Hope the actor for Ru Shou has a bigger role in the drama you’re watching!

Thanks so much for the link. I have gone and taken a quick look - all three MLs have fanfic here! That's interesting to see.  I expect much of it is racy for all of them, lol. 

Hopefully we'll get more CX fan fics with season 2.
