Where did you order it from? I saw it on Taobao on the RUA store. Is it available elsewhere currently? Did you buy the mini-FFB and mini-Mao Qiu too? Looks like the only shipment options (air and ship) are to accumulate the package weight up to 0.5kg before it ships. Not very familiar with this kind of shipment but am wondering if this means that even the ready stock (FFB, Mao Qiu) won't be shipped until they make up the package weight? *confuzzledliddi:

I think some shops have various shipping options. The cheapest option is the one where you wait until it accumulate to 0.5kg. There are other options, but they are more expensive. I did see a mini Mao Qiu on TaoBao, but with the non-0.5kg accumulated shipping option, the price works out to be the same as on ebay.

That is unusual. I checked again and I do have an option for direct air shipment (直邮-空运). Direct shipment was not not an option when it was first released, but it is available now. Perhaps you can check again?

I've been very busy of late and kept away from reading LYF for the longest time, though recently, I inadvertently listened to the epilogue from the audiobook and still felt such a pang hearing Xiang Liu's last words in the novel. Have slowly started reading it again and might revisit the drama again when I have ample time. My daughter did decide to watch S2 with me a month or so ago, but have not gotten to the wedding robbery yet so we shall see if she does choose to continue.
In the meantime, I am eagerly anticipating Under the Skin 2 (and on a lesser level, Love Has Fireworks) while watching Shine! Super Brothers to help distract us further.

You're welcome! Yes, based on my own order of all 3 minis, they will ship FFB and Mao Qiu first (within the next 3 days), and ship Xiang Liu sometime before 24 Dec.
Clam shell lamp? Even the one in their photo didn't fit mini-Xiang Liu, only Mao Qiu, so there goes trying to recreate the 37 years under the ocean scene! Gah!

Oooh can't wait for you to meet him! It's incredible how therapeutic his presence has been. My daughter sleeps with him and I hug him whenever I get the chance. Even her brothers who never watched LYF and don't know Mao Qiu from Adam, find him adorable LOL.

I don't know whether it is a new feature - my very first Taobao physical purchase was in Aug this year. When was the last time you tried to set up shipment from Taobao?
All my Taobao purchases are tracked by Cainiao 菜鸟 (which services Taobao and AliExpress), and Brazil is listed among the countries that they deliver to - it's even listed as among the popular countries:
