Is that a variety show?

Yes, it's basically a show where there are 4 teams and each team has a captain. Each captain chooses who they want on their team from all of the dancers that participate in the show. Throughout the show, they participate in dance battles (mainly hip-hop)and eventually one team of the four wins the competition. 

Huang Zitao, Jackson Wang, Han Geng, Henry Lau, Lay Zhang, and Wang Yibo have been on the show as captains.

So, I hereby decree that he needs to be the next captain on the show.
