I only really started watching CDramas this year.  I mean, I've always watched Asian movies, but not shows.  I did watch some Japanese shows, when my Mom had TV Japan, but even there, I wasn't fond of the contemporary ones.

He must have an endorsement of some kind.  That seems to be a big thing for actors in China.  Probably where they make most of their money.
