And it's every time! We see Jing make bare minimum with his sweet talks with XL did everything without any words and in secret

Just couple more examples;

- Jing gave her magic crystals which he has 10000+ and XL got that crystals injured went to his assassin job 

- Jing knock out after 3 min when try help XY escape CX / XL alone defeated CX soldiers and went so long way to save her, I'm sure if she want it he will save her at that moment 

- same when she died Jing commit suicide / XL with huge pain , risking his life  go to his enemy territory 

Jing make her unhappy - XL lift up her mood , accompany her, he was like only one genuine friend for her that whole time

XL bring her back to life, took care of her 37 years, lost one of his life, BUT still made everything that she doesn't feel she owe him

And Jing who just slept that 37 years, his maid guilt tripping XY how he died for her, so as him .. so XY feels like he can't live without her, and she should take care of him

The guilt trip is ridiculous and manipulative.

But sure, Xiang Liu is the toxic one 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I am sorry to say this again but after reading all these posts can we just agree that  XY is an UNGRATEFUL BISH???? Like XL brought the world upside down for her and all she thinks about it Jing! Like for real i feel sympathy for Jing, cause he's an incapable foxboy who plays victim and is all talk no actions to back them up, he could have solved his issues by acting like a MAN! But my sympathy for him ends with a pat on the back & maybe a bar of snickers ( cause you're not yourself when you're hungry)!

Yeah, I agree. The thing is, they had to water down the "reverse harem" aspect considerably. It's my understanding, after reading so many excerpts in the other thread, that in the novel XY is more considerate. In the drama, it's like a capital offense for her to show more feelings for another guy who isn't the Endgame™.

So we're left with these scraps. It's annoying and heartbreaking at the same time :(

Agreed 100 percent. He couldn't even last 3 minutes against CX so XY had to go back smh. Thank goodness XL taught her how to use a bow and Left Ear is with them at the end to protect them. Heaven knows that other dude can't protect XY especially with him losing 7 tails to his fight with his brother.

tbh if i had to choose between TJ & CX i would go for Jing cause CX gives me boytoy vibes...dunno how to explain it respectfully xD Uhm...the type of guy that you would take to bed and he would cry & thank you for doing him a favor...I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN IT! To be fair Jing gives them vibes too but he's cuter... You know what? F*** this...XIANG LIU ONLY!!!!!

I said this before in the other thread and I'll say it again here. He reminds me of a puppy that follows her around and says yes to her all the time. I remember that scene when XY told him to drink that soup while he was still talking and he did it and everyone was looking at them funny. She's the man in the relationship while the other dude is the malewife (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not my cup of tea).
