So true. I hate Jing for being calculative, manipulative and also playing innocent good guy all the time when he actually has FL wrapped around his finger.

But honestly I personally think XY liked to be the protector, she is always the one who protected her men. From little she protected CX and here Jing acting all weak and meh, she was able to play protector again.

But with XL it is totally different, he would be the one who protects her. He is the one who overpowers her. But she doesn’t know how much impact her actions actually have on him. How much power she holds over his heart. His own mental wellbeing. All the heartbreak 💔

His stalking gave me the creeps and triggered me a bit. He even followed her and watched her with FFB after he was married........ One of the things I disliked about Xiao Yao was that she allowed that wet noodle of a man to be her endgame 🙄🙄🙄 I'm just imagining them getting robbed by some bandits on their journey exploring the islands and both dying since that fox can't protect her. How long is XY going to last without XL saving her? One week, a month?

Hahaha good point. So they don’t get their happy ending too hehe… I am totally ok with everybody dying in the end 😈

You put your finger on a truth. Now that you mention it, she's used to protecting. Jing took it for granted and she forgets it's not necessarily a good thing especially a girl who is not used to being protected.

Too bad she can see XL love language is the best ever but instead hurt him 🥺🥺

YES. Another thing FFB does, that I love. Repeatedly remind Jing that he's STILL married, and he needs to get working on that instead of following him and XY around.
