I could never hate on Fang Feng Yi Ying and that dude's brother since they both want him gone too. Yi Ying also tries to push Xiao Yao towards Fang Feng Bei.

And the fact that the actress is a YaoLiu shipper in real life is a major plus too.

I found LYF book on Aliexpress I'm hesitating to buy it knowing Jing is endgame. Can someone tell me if Jing in the book is better than in drama ? Or they’re really 100% adapt the book ☹️ I can do without buying it, I already took LBFD, Si Ming & ALP, and TTEOM maybe I’m going to take BFTB& LYST instead but I need to know I’m not going to to be disappointed with Jing in the book too 🤪

Okay 👌 BFTB you like it the best, apartment in the novel. They had dragon babies, can't wait to read this why didn’t they showed us making me crave more 😪 TTEOM also they’re going to get back together after many years I need this to heal this PTSD they give me im still emotionally with emotional damage 🤕 etc.. I shouldn’t find those book in Aliexpress now I want what they deprived us in the show.

All the other couples in the show, including Feng Long and Cang Xuan's friendship, have more chemistry than them. The chemistry between that dude and Xiaoyao is nonexistent.

In my personal opinion, he was better in the book since he had less of a presence there 🤣🤣 More like a supporting character rather than second male lead. He did less stalking too.

In the drama, I still feel his supporting character vibe throughout. 

The way the writers are bending over backwards to make him more of a protagonist in the second season, based on what we know of that awful script is laughable. It's a pity that TJC is involved in this mess, but I can't wait to witness the book readers' wrath.
