The one-man-army / underdog who keeps winning despite impossible odds thanks to his exceptional skills and by outsmarting and out maneuvering the enemy.

The Princess Bride is an absolute treasure, and yes, both the book and the film. So rare.

I only watched the movie, but it was a long long time ago. I remember liking it but eh, not my favorite. I may need to watch it again.
I loved the book and was so excited when I heard it would be adapted into a movie. I think I would've liked the movie a lot more if I hadn't read the book. It's decent for what it is: a light rom-com / musical version of a cinderella story with a slight twist.
