I don't think CX ever liked Jing.  Remember that scene in Haolin where Jing wanted CX to ask XY to meet him at the Dragon Bone Prison?  And CX was all smiles, but warning he'd do it, but he couldn't promise XY would do so.  And then he turned around and his smile dropped like a stone and he was looking all 'stabby, stabby, stabby.'

I said something similar about the men in XY's life -- all of them thought badly of Jing BECAUSE he was promised to FFYY and courting XY as the same time.  All of them point that out.  Some of them, like XL, repeatedly. 

Granted.  CX is also motivated by extreme jealousy.  lol

Oh yeah, he never feel nor like him another thing I like about Xuan no surprise at all  with him you could tell CX never hide anything can be seen in his face or when he talks even when she was Wen Xiaoliu. I remember how he was enjoying teasing Jing being ungrateful to her when Xiayao want to cuff him off in his life after finding his hidden identity.

Yes.  And he never forgave Jing for being the first person XY went to after her 37 years recovering with XL.

He had good intentions, but took the selfish route.  The men in XY's life realized that and saw what was happening.
