LOL….yes that smirk is heavenly..…what an unforgettable introduction to our BAE, the casual walk, the slomo, the eye contact and the smirk 😏. Another pointer to why XL is actually the secret ML, he has  not only two best introduction to his identities but the best entrance and leaving scenes as well. All of his scenes with XY are so intense and full of the Feels and make me starry eyed, giggling or blushing while I snooze during the much more intimate scenes between XY-TSJ.

It's sort of like Tong Hua's novel.  There are layers and text in the writing and film language.  Maybe it's a way to get past censors.  Yes, I maybe stretching.  But then again, why would you hire Tan Jian Ci to play the most popular book character, eh?
