He didn't even solve his family drama by himself. He had Hou's wife and XY helping him.

Every time he had a problem, there was someone else that helped or fixed it for him.

1. Xiao Yao getting married to Feng Long. Did he go and stop the wedding himself? No. FFB did.

He's not fine with ruining his own reputation by stopping the wedding himself but he's totally fine with ruining XY's so no other guy would have her.

2. His fight with his brother Hou. Did he defeat his brother on his own? No. He was losing and it was Fang Feng Yi Ying that defeated Hou with her bow and arrow.

3. His happy ending with XY. Did he do the work so he'd end up with her? NO! He was in a coma for 7 years and it was XL who did the work to revive him and send him to XY.

Such a disappointing wet noodle of a man.
