Does anyone know where to find a good translation of the novel? Maybe a watt pad or a pdf?

Yes I bought it and read it over the weekend on Kindle. Now it's Bed Friend the KingUea story. at £17 I'm hesitating over it but may press the button! 

I get almost all my english translations on Meb.

If you google "Thai Novel English Translations The Midgets Revolt" you'll get a blog that has an updated list and links to a lot of English translations. And they are really good about updating frequently.
