Lee Seungi is known as eom-chin-a. I have read in articles and yt video. 

And first thing that come to mind when I saw drama title was Lee Seungi. But I never saw anyone mentioning him in comments. So I just thought it's common in korea to nickname that perfect next door boy with whom your mom compare you with.
