I just finish watching the eps and it made me so confused

The ending is a happy ending where most of them survived. However, after the credits there is a small snippet of the show. There is a scene where they called Abcde, but Frank was missing. The next scene was a guy with long hair, stepping in to 'las vagas casino' , wearing shades. So what happen? Is the real Frank, Frank when he was tasked to become a delivery man to kill special power parents. Or the guy who can travel time by clapping (im not sure of his special ability tho but its the guy that got locked up inside the jail for a long period of time and his eyes is sked of the sunlight) already change the situation at the very start?
